Product did arrive with a dent on the side of the heater, but it works, and I didn't want to bother with sending it back and getting a new one. Overall a great heater and easy to install. Heats my 3 car garage quick.
Great low profile design!

This unit is east to set up if you have some basic skills in piping, electrical and can rout the exhaust. My gas supplier set the gas pressure and it lit up. This unit is extremely quiet. I don't even notice it going on and off other than it throws heat. I have a 28x36 shop and it heats the shop. I have no clue how efficient the unit is on gas. Other people I know say they are decent on gas.

Should have a professional plumber and furnace company install. Our city required permits. Amateurs shouldn't mess with gas lines. Venting requires cutting a hole in your exterior siding or roof. Height limitations are required. Placement might not be ideal depending on how your work area is designed. After all is done heater is great!
Very effective and quiet

I installed this unit in my 26x32 3 car garage. Installation was straightforward but ultimately depends on your setup. I was lucky enough to have a gas line running straight above where I wanted to install this and simply cut the line, threaded it and installed a 1x1x1/2 tee using a union.
