I had to replace my fan motor and the replacement motor arrived in perfect condition and packaged very well. It was so easy to replace and great product.

I purchased a fan/luver combination with the variable speed option for a new greenhouse. The product work as specified but the motor burnt out just inside the 2 year warranty period. I requested a new motor and mentioned to customer service that there was a notation on the motor that it was under warranty for two years. Customer service said they would check on the warranty and they contacted me two days later to say it was covered and they would credit my account, which they did do. The customer service was terrific and the fan is back up and running without a problem.
