This Sterling GG60 is a good value and is very well constructed. I initially intended to install a Hot Dawg heater which I have used in other applications and decided to try this lower cost alternative. This worked out excellent and I would rank the quality of this heater slightly above the Hot Dawg, even though they are good product as well. Net was I saved a few bucks and got a better unit. The service from ACF Greenhouse has also been outstanding. Keep up the good work.

Product is made very well, Have not hooked up to gas yet still waiting on propane company to run line. Just want to say if you are looking for company to buy online with ACF is the best! ERIC and is staff handled any question or problem like a pro. When you call them they answer phone. Thanks to Eric and Staff

ACF Greenhouse took care of me from a customer service stand point. 5-stars for them!
I oreded the high altitude, 2 stage version of the GG60, which shipped from the factory. My order got 'misplaced' at the warehouse in Denver, CO. After 2 weeks I called ACF Greenhouse and they found my heater and got it moving. The heater did not come with the louvers in the box. Again, called ACF Greenhouse and they got a set sent.
Upon visual inspection before installation, one of the pin on the circuit board for the status light missed the plug clip, I corrected this. After a frustrating two days of troubleshooting my thermostat, I found the 2-stage gas valve had not been wired correctly. Clearly this unit was not function tested at the factory. I'm a DIY guy with limited experience regarding HVAC systems and at this point I'm fearful there may be other problems my inexperience is missing.... Fingers crossed.
