Shipping took five days, which is a bit surprising when I paid $30 (half the cost of the product) for it. But that’s no fault of the company. Once received, these cooler pads truly are plug & play. The fit is snug and precise, and the original pads held up to the South Texas sun without appreciable deterioration for nearly two years.
